A tradition of beautiful, thoughtful design is deeply embedded in Japanese culture. To a true master craftsman, or Takumi, every detail of a design matters – even the hidden parts. The Takumi at Lexus created the LC 500 with this philosophy. So to announce the launch of the LC, we took it to a place where design lovers were gathered together: Semi Permanent.
We collaborated with SP to curate an immersive exhibition of Australian artists, each creating work that embodied an element of hidden artistry in the LC 500. Guests could walk through the space to discover the pieces of hidden artistry for themselves.
